Hello! I’m Tontania (pronounced TAWN-TAH-KNEE-UH), a proud North Carolina native who has had the privilege of watching the Lake Norman community grow in diversity and opportunity while still holding onto its small-town charm.
Growing up here shaped the way I approach real estate. To me, it is about clarity, integrity, and steady guidance—not pressure or performance.
When clients work with me, they are choosing someone who is honest, thoughtful, and strategic. My role is to provide clarity, perspective, and practical advocacy, even when that perspective is not the easiest thing to hear.

I believe the best outcomes happen when people communicate clearly, understand one another’s needs, and work toward common ground. My negotiation style is straightforward and fair. I do not believe in manipulation, emotional tactics, or forcing decisions that do not make sense. If something is not a wise move, I will say so respectfully and with care.
Through years of involvement in residential building and development, I have gained a deeper understanding of homes from the inside out. From floor plan functionality and structural considerations to finish selections, I have seen the construction process at every stage. That experience allows me to evaluate properties beyond surface-level appeal and guide clients with a more informed perspective.
Design and staging are a natural extension of my work. I have a strong eye for creating timeless, classic spaces that feel intentional and inviting. Whether preparing a home for market or consulting on finishes in new construction, I focus on elevating what is already there, removing what distracts, and creating spaces that feel like home and stand the test of time.
As a believer, wife, and mother, I value legacy deeply. My vision is not just to build a business, but to positively impact our community and the generations that follow.
